The mission of the Nebraska HIDTA is to measurably reduce methamphetamine drug trafficking and related criminal activities in Nebraska. This will be accomplished by continued investigation and shared intelligence. The four goals are:
Goal #1 Improve the sharing of intelligence among the nine Nebraska drug task forces and Midwest HIDTA states
Goal #2 Reduce methamphetamine importation, distribution and manufacture in Nebraska
Goal #3 Inform and educate Nebraska communities about the dangers of methamphetamine
Goal #4 Increase officer safety
